• Targeting all products on the market that match your criteria.
• Send by email a complete file for each property previously selected by us (photos, geolocation, apartment floor plan, information about the neighbourhood and the condominium).
• Advice and complete transparency regarding the properties we will show you.
• Completion of the negotiation.
• Support throughout the entire purchasing process, right up to the handover of the keys.

In order to set up all these services, we need to work with you under an exclusive search mandate. Our commission rate remains unchanged at 3.5%.
